This order of Service has been prepared so that you may fully participate at the Church or at home and the sound of praise may ring across the town and many other parts of the world!

After the Service today –  .for those attending in person tea and coffee will be served (weather permitting) in the garden and you may also walk around the side of the Church to keep within the number allowed.

Prayers are very important, particularly at this time of  isolation.  If you would like to request a prayer or volunteer to commit to praying regularly at home, and receive a prayer list please email Morwenna at office@wokingurc.org.uk

If you would like to listen to another Service…the URC is sending one out at 10 am each Sunday morning which can be accessed at any time afterwards.  Just go to –  https://devotions.urc.org.uk  – and you can also be signed up for the daily email which gives a Bible reading, a commentary and a prayer.

Leading Worship elsewhere.  One of the Church’s Lay Preachers, Sydney Shore, is leading worship at Egham United Church this morning.

Monday  – The Girls’ Brigade and Boys’ Brigade Zoom meetings  

Age groups meeting at various times starting from 6pm until 8pm.

A short Service as close as possible to the weekly gathering for prayers which was held at the Church.

Thursday – 11.30 am to 12.30 at the Church. Gifts for the York Road Project  Regular items welcomed – Bottled water, jars of sauces for things such as bolognaise and curries, small UHT milk pots, fresh chicken or beef and fresh fruit and vegetables. Supplementary list – coffee sachets, pot noodles/snack pots, deodorants/ antiperspirants, shaving foam/razors and men’s NEW underwear (small & medium) but no other clothing for the time being.

Thursday at 7.30 pm – an invitation to a ‘Getting to know you, getting to know us’ Zoom Gathering to everyone who has come ‘new’ to Woking URC since March 2020 through the on-line Services, shared in on Sundays or at any other time.  Please send your email address to the Church Office – wokingurc.org.uk – and we shall respond with the Zoom link.
