Covid Vaccination Hub at the Church. If you would like to offer to be a volunteer please contact the NHS volunteer coordinator, Nikki Kane, on volunteers.urc@gmail.com or contact Tiny in the church office (premises@wokingurc.org.uk) for more information. The volunteer shifts will be 3.5 hours and there are opportunities to volunteer to serve refreshments so do ask Tiny about that too.
Could you help with refreshments on a Sunday or be a Welcomer? This is just a monthly commitment if more people join in and is an important part of the Church’s life in making everyone feel welcome. We are in particular need of volunteers for serving coffee on Sunday mornings.
Please contact Morwenna in the Church office if you feel this is something you could do – office@wokingurc.org.uk – or speak to the Minister or Church Secretary at the door this morning.
